bankinglife is a financial education, advocacy, and inclusion platform. Registered members can be banks’ customers, bankers and anyone who want to learn. You can ask questions, join the discussions and make complaints about your banks or transactions.
Bankers can share work-related experience and demand for help on banking subjects. Our subject matter experts and the other bankers will provide suggestions to the trending topics
Banks’ customers can make complaints about their transactions with the banks after the initial complaints. You should do this without using foul languages about your banks and only if you are not satisfied with the response from your banks. bankinglife will voluntarily escalate your complaints to the relevant departments of the banks.
We would follow up for resolution of complaint within 72 hours and notify you when your complaints are resolved or provide you with the available response.
bankinglife will provide up to date relevant policy information to our members. We will review government economic and financial policies and tell you how it affects you, the banks and the bankers.
The initial three consultations by our Solicitors and Partners are free. They may however, charge fee if need be.
No. We only partner with the government agencies on the need to do basis. Though we are a registered trade mark, our aim is to complement the banks and government’s efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
